DESIGN SERVICES
Our department provides integrated architectural, engineering, and development solutions for residential, hospitality, and commercial projects in Thailand.
1.ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Goal: Create the spatial concept, functionality, aesthetics, and overall architectural identity of the project.
Includes: Space planning, floor plans, facades, sections, zoning, circulation logic, positioning of buildings and functional areas, architectural style development, tropical design solutions, natural lighting and ventilation strategies, and integration with the surrounding environment.
All architectural documentation is prepared and certified by licensed architects for building permit approval.
2.STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING
Goal: Ensure the structural safety, durability, and engineering reliability of the building.
Includes: Structural calculations, load analysis, foundation systems, reinforced concrete and steel structures, retaining walls, roof structures, and engineering detailing of structural elements.
All structural calculations and engineering drawings are certified by licensed engineers for construction permit approval.
3.MEP & UTILITY SYSTEM DESIGN
Goal: Develop complete engineering systems and utility infrastructure for comfortable and efficient building operation.
Includes: Electrical systems, lighting, plumbing, water supply, sewage, drainage, ventilation and air conditioning, fire protection systems, CCTV, internet and communication systems, smart home integration, swimming pool systems, irrigation, water storage solutions, and utility connections to local infrastructure networks.
4.LANDSCAPE & SITE DEVELOPMENT
Goal: Organize and enhance the external environment, infrastructure, and land functionality of the project.
Includes: Topographic analysis, site zoning, master planning, positioning of buildings and infrastructure elements, roads and access systems, parking areas, retaining walls, drainage systems, gardens, tropical landscaping, outdoor recreation areas, pathways, lighting, water features, and irrigation systems.
Landscape and infrastructure design are developed in harmony with the architecture and terrain of the site.
5.MODULAR & PREFAB ARCHITECTURE
Goal: Develop efficient prefabricated and modular architectural solutions for modern residential and commercial construction.
Includes: Design of modular villas, prefab structures, hospitality units, commercial spaces, and scalable building systems optimized for factory production, transportation, rapid installation, and tropical climate performance.
Developed in collaboration with Thai and international architects and engineers.

We offer a full range of services for the development and installation of electrical panels to ensure reliable power supply for both residential and industrial facilities.
Our in-house production of electrical panel systems allows us to guarantee high operational safety and compliance with international electrical safety standards.
Additionally, the department specializes in implementing home and industrial automation systems, providing convenient control and efficient resource utilization.
